It is time to register for athletics and activities at Central!
The following information provides you a thorough pathway through our registration process. Follow this path and you will be ready to go on August 7th!
- REGISTRATION - Please complete the Online Registration through the following link: Activity and Athletic Registration Link
- Here is a guide for parents: A GUIDE FOR PARENTS
- ATHLETIC PHYSICALS - Please have a physician complete the Pre-participation Physical Evaluation. There are two pages, please make sure you have both pages completed.
- Please know you upload your physical as part of online registration. The athletic department will not accept physicals.
- Here are some physical options I was notified of through the Peach Jar emails we receive.
3. ATHLETIC FEE - Please pay the athletic fee. Payments can be made online at D51 MyPaymentPlus or at the budget office. The budget office is accepting cash and checks starting July 19th.
