AMAZING, 9/18

How awesome are our young women?! So many good things are happening - the support for each other (connection) and for the other programs (community), the quality of character (pride) - they are such an influence on our campus, and their hunger for more as people, students, and athletes (powerful). 

SURPRISE

C TEAM - You have a match on Wednesday at 4:00 pm at the Orange School. You will receive early release at 2:45 and are expected to be at The Orange School at 3:15 pm. 

WEEK OF 9/18

Setup starts daily as soon as school is over. The goal would be to have all three courts setup, your journal, and position preparation complete by 3:50 pm. 

Responsibilities for the week:

Juniors with Logan providing leadership: Floors - We will plan to wash the towels on Friday this week. 

Sophomores with Rhyan and Tiyala providing leadership: Training aids and Nets - scoreboard, cones, speaker, boxes, pool noodles, and other items as they are added this week. 

Update - Putting things away after practice is a concern. Please make sure we have a plan for this week. 

Freshmen with Emily providing leadership: Balls and carts (assist with nets) - six carts - two on each court. 

SCHEDULE

Monday - 4:00-6:30 pm - Practice - Setup starts between 2:50-3:20 pm

Tuesday - 4:00-6:30 pm - Practice - Setup starts between 3:15-3:30 pm.  

Wednesday - 4:00-6:30 pm - Practice - Setup starts between 3:15-3:30 pm.  

C TEAM - GAME DAY AT the Orange School - Early release at 2:45, be at the Orange School at 3:15 pm, Match at 4:00 pm. 

Thursday - GAME DAY - JV and Varsity compete against the Orange School AT CENTRAL. SETUP IS AT 3:15 PM. 
C TEAM - Day off - Expected to be at Central for both matches.  

Friday - 4:00-5:15 pm - Practice - Setup starts between 3:15-3:30 pm. 

HOMECOMING FOOTBALL at 6:00 pm

Saturday - Varsity Practice - Setup at 7:30 am, Practice 8:00-10:00 am. 

COMMUNITY SERVICE - 10:30-12:30 pm for the INCLUSIVE VOLLEYBALL CAMP for the Special Olympics Western Region at United Volleyball Building at Ordinary Fellow Winery in Palisade, CO. This is the same group we have with the Special Olympics during the summer.
